• 6-8 weeks of planning support, including timeline creation

• 3 custom Weekend Overviews: Master, vendor-specific, and one for your VIPs

• 1 hour- Rehearsal Management

• Lead & One Assistant Coordinator on-site 

• Serving as the main contact for all guests

• Vendor coordination 

• Management of ceremony lineup and reception introductions

• Handling any emergencies that arise
